Yearly is paid up front and runs to your renewal date.
₹2,499 plus ₹449.82 GST, so ₹2,948.82 leaves your account. If your shop is GST registered, that ₹449.82 is input credit: it comes off the GST you pay the government that month, so Vaadify really costs you ₹2,499.
Your accountant calls this input tax credit. Not registered? Then ₹2,948.82 is your cost.

Before you decide
- What happens when the 30 days end?
- Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. Your workspace pauses at the plan picker and you choose a plan when you are ready.
- Do you delete my data if I do not pay?
- Not straight away. Your orders, customers and inventory stay exactly where they are for 90 days, readable and exportable, and paying reopens the workspace intact. After 90 days we delete it permanently.
- Can I get a GST invoice?
- Yes. We take your registered name, GSTIN and address at checkout and send a tax invoice for every payment, so your accountant can claim the GST as input credit.
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings, Billing, in one tap. On monthly you are not charged again. On yearly your plan runs to the renewal date you already paid for; yearly payments are not refunded.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the days left in the period. Moving down takes effect at your renewal date.
