Refund and Cancellation Policy
v1.0 · Effective 1 August 2026 · Last updated 29 July 2026
This document is published in English only. The English version is the one that applies.
In plain English
Try everything free for 30 days. No card, so nothing can be charged.
Once you pay, that payment is not refunded.
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, in one tap. Your plan runs to the date you already paid for.
A summary to help you read this. It is not the agreement — the sections below are.
1. The 30-day free trial
Every new workspace gets 30 days free, with every feature of our top plan switched on. We do not ask for a card.
This is the point at which you decide. Thirty days is a full month of real bookings, real customers and real invoices — long enough to know whether Vaadify suits your shop before any money moves.
On day 31, if you have not chosen a plan, your workspace locks. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged, because there is no card on file.
2. Cancelling
Go to Settings → Billing and cancel. One tap. There is nothing to write in, nobody to persuade, and no retention offer to sit through.
What happens then:
- your plan keeps working until the date you have already paid for;
- no further payment is taken;
- on that date the workspace locks — readable and exportable, nothing deleted;
- you can switch renewal back on the same way, any time before it runs out.
On a monthly plan, cancelling stops the next month. On a yearly plan, the plan runs to the renewal date you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
We do not give refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, in whole or in part. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike, and there is no pro-rata refund for the unused part of a period.
Why, plainly. Once you pay, we issue a GST tax invoice for that payment. A refund means a credit note against a filed invoice and a correction on both sides' books. Rather than build a refund promise we would then hedge, we made the trial thirty days long, gave it every feature, and asked for no card. The try-before-you-buy comes first, not after.
Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your renewal date and stops the larger payment from being taken again. Cancelling does the same. Both are one tap, and both are the right answer to "this is costing more than it is worth" — neither touches a payment you have already made.
4. If we ever do refund something
We are not obliged to, and this section does not create a right to a refund. But if we decide to return money — for example, if we charged you twice for the same period — then:
- it goes back to the original payment method, never as credit or a voucher;
- we start it within 7 working days of agreeing it;
- your bank or card provider may take a few days more to show it;
- where a GST invoice was already issued, we raise a credit note against it.
5. When money left your account but nothing happened
If a payment shows on your bank statement and your plan did not change, do not pay again.
We check every unfinished payment against Razorpay through the day and repair it automatically, usually within the hour. If it is still wrong after that, write to [email protected] with the date and the amount and we will sort it out.
If a payment fails and never reaches us, nothing is charged and your plan simply does not renew. We do not retry a card silently, and we never add a late fee.
6. Changing plans
Moving up takes effect straight away, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your period. Your renewal date does not move.
Moving down, and switching between monthly and yearly, takes effect at your renewal date. You keep what you paid for until then, and nothing extra is charged.
7. Talking to a person
Write to [email protected]. A person reads it.
If you want to raise a formal complaint, our named officer and the time we commit to answering in are at https://vaadify.com/legal/contact-and-grievance.
8. Where this fits
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service at https://vaadify.com/legal/terms-of-service. If the two ever disagree about refunds or cancellation, this policy is the one that applies.
